how should i come to my curly cut appointment?

We will cut your curly hair while it's dry, and in its natural state. (product is ok) Arrive at the salon with your curls conditioned, detangled, dried, and un-styled (no twist-outs, braids, curling or flat irons or any other manipulation). Let your hair hang loosely - accessories like ponytail holders can disrupt your curl pattern. If you're currently using products with sulfates, silicones, or heavy oils, do your best to avoid them for one to two weeks before your booking (if possible). Ditching those ingredients will make your hair softer, more hydrated and more defined, which will allow the stylist to see your true curl type. 


What is the difference between a Curly cut and a standard haircut?

Unlike a standard haircut, which is done wet, a curly cut is a specialized dry haircut customized to your hair type and texture. 

What is an express curly cut?

An Express Curly Cut is the same as our a regular curly cut but it includes a light styling/refreshing in place of a full wash and style. The express cut requires you to come in with your hair in its natural state, freshly cleaned, and dry.

Do you offer mens haircuts?

Yes, In an effort to be more inclusive we have refrained from gendering any guest services. What you might refer to as a "men's haircut" we call, "Clipper Or Short With Scissors" and it is not exclusive to men. 

Cancellation Policy

Confirmation

 All appointments require confirmation, please confirm AT LEAST 12 hours before your appointment . You will be sent a text/email 3 days before your scheduled time. Failure to confirm or cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total. 

Cancelations and No Shows

  If you can not make your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total. If you show up 15 minutes late to your appointment  you will be considered a no show. No shows will be charged in full.
